Who we are
WolfeDen Marketing, LLC ("WolfeDen," "we," "us") is a B2B marketing consultancy based in Columbus, Ohio. This policy covers wolfedenmarketing.com, including the Marketing Lab and News pages. It doesn't cover the work we do for clients. That's governed by our client contracts.

Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, sign up for the Marketing Lab newsletter, use the Marketing Plan Builder, or email us, we collect what you send. For the newsletter, that's your email address and, if you choose, your first name. The Marketing Plan Builder also saves your answers (your goal, company type, team, budget range, current channels and where your leads go) so we can email you a link to your plan. Using it subscribes you to the Marketing Lab newsletter. We use this to send you your plan, new Marketing Lab articles and a welcome email, and you can unsubscribe any time by replying “unsubscribe.” From the contact form, we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Your message, and anything you choose to include in it (like your company or goals)
We use it to reply to you, talk about working together and, if we do, deliver our services.
Information collected automatically
Necessary. Our website host, Webflow, processes basic technical data to run and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This also powers spam protection on our forms. These are always on because the site can't work without them.
Only if you turn them on. We may use the tools below, and only when you allow the matching category in Cookie settings:
- Preferences: remember choices you make on the site.
- Statistics: analytics tools such as Google Analytics measure which pages are visited, how people arrive and what device they use. We look at this in aggregate to improve the site.
- Marketing: advertising tools such as Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag measure our campaigns and can show you relevant WolfeDen ads on other sites.
Cookies and your choices
Every category except Necessary starts off. You can turn categories on or off any time using the Cookie settings button in the bottom-left corner of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.
We pass your choices to Google through Google Consent Mode, so Google tags only store cookies for the categories you allow. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and follow up on inquiries
- To provide, manage and bill for our services
- To understand and improve the website (with your consent)
- To measure our advertising (with your consent)
- To keep the site and our forms secure
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't give it to data brokers. If you turn on Marketing cookies, ad platforms like Google and LinkedIn may receive information about your visit to measure and target ads. You can turn that off any time in Cookie settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Website hosting and forms: Webflow
- Email and CRM: the tools we use to manage email and client relationships (such as HubSpot)
- Analytics and advertising: Google and LinkedIn, only for the cookie categories you allow
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
The Ask AI buttons
The Ask AI buttons at the bottom of our pages open ChatGPT, Claude, Google or Perplexity in a new tab with a question about WolfeDen already filled in. We don't send them any of your personal information. Once you're on their site, their privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages, newsletter sign-ups and emails for as long as we need them to work with you and keep accurate business records. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop emailing you. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tool collecting it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers, secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it for marketing
Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email matthew@wolfedenmarketing.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We're based in the United States, and the providers we use may process information in the United States and other countries.
Links to other sites
Our articles link to other websites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, so check their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top of the page.
